Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs. I try to be as upfront as possible with the pricing so that you know exactly what you are paying for. If you require any advanced functionality on your website it may be that you have to pay extra for this, however, all costs will be fully explained to you before you pay.

When do I pay for the services?

For websites, I take a 50% deposit to start work and then the remainder on completion. For SEO packages I ask for payments in full on a monthly basis.

Will I get a domain name?

Yes. If you do not have your own domain name already you will get a free ‘.co.uk’ domain name with your website.

Will you provide me with an email address?

Yes. You will get a custom email address with your website that represents your domain name.
